Prints & Quality
Q. Where are you maps designed?
A. All maps are designed in and printed in Sydney, Australia!
Q. Do you offer frames?
A. We'd love to offer frames however as there are so many colours, sizes and styles, we want to purely focus on map poster prints. We have designed our prints for common frame sizes.
Q. What is the best way to make my print last?
A. While our prints have a 10+ year durability, this can be significantly reduced by environmental conditions (sunlight, air exposure, frame quality, close to heating source, etc). We recommend keeping out of direct sunlight, away from heating sources, and housed in a glass frame (if possible).
Q. What printing material do you use?
A. We use a Premium Ultra Matt paper that has a 250 gsm weight and that is bright white.
Q. Do you make maps of places other than those available?
A. We are uploading new maps regularly however we understand not all places may available. We are looking into custom map orders however please contact us using the form below with your requirements and we'll be in touch.
Q. Will my poster look the same as on this website?
A. While we aim to print exactly how the it shows on this website, monitors and screens may be calibrated differently and thus may appear different compared to the real product.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept credit cards, via Stripe, and PayPal.
Q. What is the cost of shipping?

Q. Can I change my order after checkout?
A. All prints are added to the print queue and cannot be changed after checkout. Please ensure you have selected the right colour and size.

Q. What is the cost of shipping?
A. Shipping will depend on the order amount:
Standard Shipping
$9.95 when you spend below $99
Free Standard Shipping for orders $99 of more
Express Shipping
$19.95 when you spend below $75
$14.95 when you spend between $75 and $150
Free Express Shipping for orders $150 or more
Q. What happens if my prints arrive damaged?
A. We have a 100% damage free guarantee and we'll replace your prints if they are delivered damaged. Simply send us a photo of the damaged prints and parcel with 5 days and your order number and we get replacement printed straight away.
Q. Do you offer express delivery?
A. Yes! Express Delivery has tiered pricing depending on order amount. See pricing above.
Q. Will my order will be tracked?
A. Yes! Both Standard and Express shipping orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Q. Who do you ship with?
A. We use Australia Post.
Q. How long will it take to receive my prints?
A. Most orders are produced within days and will be with you in a week depending on where you live and how large the order is. If you are in a rush, please use Express delivery.
Q. Where do you print the orders?
A. Prints are produced in Marrickville, NSW.
Q. Do you ship all prints in the same package?
A. By default all prints ordered in the same order will be sent in a single package/delivery item. The following options are available:
If you wish to send to multiple destinations, please make an order per destination.
If you would like a box per print but to the same destination, please specify in the Order Comments at Checkout.
